The Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) has sought written clarification from 16 contractors and one supplier company in order to exclude them from the blacklist.

Issuing a public notice today, PPMO has called upon those companies to provide valid justifications for their exclusion from the blacklist in writing within seven days.

The office issued the notice today after the said companies failed to submit written explanation as to why they should not be included in the blacklist within the given 30-day period.

According to the notice issued by the PPMO, Naya Nepal Nirman Sewa, Navnirman Builders Pvt Ltd, Arvan Construction Pvt Ltd, and Bluebird Design and Construction have been requested to provide a written clarification.

This request comes after several agencies have urged the PPMO to include these companies in the blacklist.

Similarly, Epic Computers Traders, Budathoki Construction Service, Mabohang Construction Service, Samriddha Construction Service, Jai Bhagwati Construction Service, Shubham Construction, Triveni Construction Service, S Construction, Siddhi Sai Prakash Construction Pvt Ltd, Joshi Biz House Pvt Ltd, UKN Construction Pvt Ltd, and BKB Construction and Suppliers have also been mentioned in the notice.
